Our Money Back Guarantee program applies to every product on our site, and
there's no extra fee for coverage. It’s automatic and covers your purchase price plus original shipping on eligible purchases.

How to know if your order is eligible for our Money Back Guarantee program:

If you did not get them item you ordered or if the item arrived defective or damaged, you will get your money back. It is that simple!

Follow these steps to get your refund:

1. Contact us via email at: support@erikrayo.com

2. Briefly explain what went wrong with your order.

3. Depending on the item you ordered, you will be required to send the item back. If the product(s) you received are eigible for this money back guarantee program, Jewelry Store by Erik Rayo will pay for your return shipping costs. If you fail to send the item back within 30 days of initial delivery and we have validated a refund, your refund will not be processed.

Note:

1. You will be required to send a picture of a defective item within 15 days of delivery. The image must be clear.

2. We will inspect the item in case of any further damage.
