Return Policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds are given as 1) store credit 2) a Gift Card which is only valid at Jewelry Store by Erik Rayo. Gift cards can expire within one month to three months of the issued date. Or 3) as a partial refund to your original payment method, this refund is partial because we subtract a 20% restocking fee from your order's total.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Products discounted 60% or over are not refundable or exchangeable.

2. Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable.

3. Special order items such as those with custom sizes and custom colors ordered by the client are not refundable.

4. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

5. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.


Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund within seven business days. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, in either of two ways:

1) The full credit will automatically be applied to your customer account which can be applied to any order in our store.

2) A partial refund can be issued to your original payment method, this is a partial refund due to the restocking fee of 20%. 

Example of partial refund and restoking fee: Customer pays a total of $50, the total amount refunded to their original payment method is $40, after the 20% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your customer or bank account again. 
Then contact us if it is regarding your cutomer account, and your credit card company if it is regarding the partial refund to your original payment method. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
If  you don's see the funds in your original payment method after contacting your credit card company, contact your bank or institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@erikrayo.com or at returns@erikrayo.com.

Shipping 
To return your product please send an email to support@erikrayo.com and we will gladly help you. Please consider that you are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
