Shipping Policy

When will my order(s) arrive?

We use USPS (the United States Postal Service) as our main carrier and their Ground Advantage service as our main service to deliver your packages within 1-5 business days. When we mention in our website or posts a "2-5 Day Delivery" take into consideration that we are referring to business days. Business days are Monday-Friday while excluding federal holidays. We do not ship on the weekends due to adjusting to our carrier's schedules (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post etc.). If more than 15 days have passed and you have not received your package, please email us at support@erikrayo.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

What is the pricing on shipping?

Shipping costs will vary depending on the products selected. We do offer free shipping on most items, and we offer a shipping discount of one US dollar for every additional product you order (Limits may apply). Orders of multiple products may be shipped separately and may not arrive at the same time.

Is there any additional fees to pay?

Jewelry Store by Erik Rayo is not responsible for custom's charges applied to your order (this may occur when shipping outside of the United States). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

What if I do not receive my order or it arrives damaged?

Jewelry Store by Erik Rayo is not liable for any products lost during shipping nor for mistakes in address information. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@erikrayo.com and we will be happy to help. For further information, visit our Refund Policy.
